Praise in Motion presents “The Gift”
Praise in motion is a Christian dance company based out of Lilburn, Georgia. Every year they have two presentations. One in the spring and one in the fall.
Their upcoming performance is called “The Gift”. “The Gift” is basically the story of Christ, from birth through assentation, told through dance. This year the story is about a young girl who attends a church Christmas lock in with her dad. Her mother recently passed away and this is their first holiday without her. Her friends notice that she is feeling down and they try to cheer her up. In doing so they tell her the story of Christ. Throughout the show the story comes to life and is told through dance.
“The Gift” is a free event located at The Venue at Friendship Springs, 7340 Friendship Springs Blvd. Flowery Branch, Georgia 30542, right behind the Publix. The show will be on November 18 at 2:30 and 7:30. Two current Scholars Guild Members dance with Praise in Motion and several former members have performed with them in the past.
