The inaugural Spartans volleyball season is officially over! It wrapped up on October 14th for the Middle School A, Middle School B, and Junior Varsity teams, and on October 16th for the Varsity squad. It was a very successful season for each one of the teams. In case you missed any of the action, here is a quick rundown of the season.
Volleyball festivities kicked off in late May, with a week-long volleyball camp that was hosted at the school. A similar camp will be hosted next year, so be on the lookout for more information! Huge congratulations to all four teams, and every girl on each team! The school is so proud of your hard work and for establishing the first ever sport at SGA! Each team will continue to progress in the coming years, no doubt. Special acknowledgement is due to the coaches- Natalie Minor (Middle School A), Hannah Brooks (JV), and Margaret Woosnam (Middle School B/Varsity/Athletic Director). Thank you for your tireless commitment!
Scholars Guild looks forward to more excellent years of volleyball to come! Next sports up: basketball and bass fishing for the winter.
As always, go Spartans!
