Days or seasons

Or maybe just a few hours

Where you feel

You’ve gone backwards

In your progress

But it's a valley

You’ve only gone down

You can come back up

Just don't turn around

Whatever you do, don’t look back

Until you’ve made it out

Give yourself grace
