Every year when Christmas rolls around, families everywhere are faced with the decision: when decorating their Christmas tree, will they use aesthetically pleasing color-coordinated ornaments, or will they embellish their tree with memory ornaments as reminders of special past events? To get you -yes, you!- involved, the Guild Gazette sent out a survey asking this and several other Christmas-themed questions. Well, the verdict is in for this one. A whopping 82.5% of SGA families responded they decorate the Christmas tree with memory ornaments, with anything from “Baby’s First Christmas” to wedding anniversary ornaments adorning the family tree.
